HUMAIN and DataVolt outline Nebius capacity framework at Oxagon

HUMAIN and DataVolt announced a preliminary framework with Nebius for their planned AI data-centre campus at Oxagon, according to a NEOM statement dated 21 October 2026.

The proposal would make Nebius an anchor customer for up to 50 MW. That represents half of the initial 100 MW under construction within a planned 360 MW first phase. The capacity allocation is expected to come into operation in stages from the fourth quarter of 2027.

The announcement marks a proposed customer commitment for the development, following its construction-start milestone. It does not establish a final binding offtake agreement or announce a new construction award.

GCC Tender News previously reported the start of the 100 MW Oxagon development.
