KSIA Terminal 6 moves to main construction tender
Three contractor teams have completed the early contractor involvement (ECI) phase for Terminal 6 at King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, MEED reported on 23 October 2026. The client is King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC), a Public Investment Fund subsidiary.
The teams are UCC Holding with Consolidated Contractors Company; Modern Building Leaders with Powerchina and Metallurgical Corporation of China; and Al-Gihaz Holding with TAV Construction and Webuild. The project now moves towards a main construction tender and award. Terminal 6 is planned to add 40 million passengers a year and to be completed before Expo 2030. No value has been disclosed.
