Cosmo advances AED6bn The Wadi development on Yas Island

Cosmo Developments has launched The Wadi, an AED6bn mixed-use waterfront development on Yas Island covering about 140,700 sq m. The scheme is planned to include approximately 3,950 residences alongside hotel, commercial, leisure, sports, landscaped and marina facilities.
