Armah leases Riyadh site for planned B-FIT club
Armah Sports has signed a land lease for a planned men-only B-FIT club in Riyadh, according to an 18 October Argaam report citing a company statement.
The 2,500 sq m plot is on Makkah Road in Al-Sulaimaniyah. The agreement with Fawaz Abdulmohsen Saad Bin Saeed provides for a 20-year lease following a 24-month grace period from handover.
Armah said it would appoint a contractor to build the club to its approved designs and specifications. The project is expected to be completed within two years, although a definitive completion date was not supplied.
The report did not identify a construction contractor or disclose a construction contract price. The next milestone to monitor is the appointment of a construction contractor.
