Aldar advances AED100bn Marsa Al Saadiyat with Talay launch

Aldar has launched Talay, the first residential community within the AED100bn Marsa Al Saadiyat waterfront masterplan in Abu Dhabi. Talay comprises 351 villas, while the wider development includes major waterfront, beach and community infrastructure.
