Zamil Qiddiya tennis-centre steel contract reported

Argaam reported on 20 October 2026 that SENAAT subsidiary Zamil Structural Steel had signed a contract worth about SAR308.2 million, excluding VAT, for the National Tennis Centre in Qiddiya City, Riyadh.

The reported counterparty is the joint venture of Bouygues Bâtiment International’s Saudi branch and Almabani General Contractors. The 19-month scope covers fabrication, supply and installation of structural steel and external façades.

SaudiGulf Projects, also reporting on 20 October, gives the signing date as 19 October and the value as SAR308,174,296 excluding VAT. GCC Tender News has not independently checked the original exchange disclosure or contract. These are attributed package details, not a separately verified Award record.
