Specialities secures KWD24.199m Al-Mutlaa N1 award approval

Specialities Group Holding disclosed on 21 October 2026 that Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare had approved the award of an Al-Mutlaa City N1 district-centre package to its wholly owned subsidiary, Specialities Construction for General Trading and Contracting.

The total award value is KWD24,199,000. The package covers construction, completion and maintenance of services, infrastructure and public buildings at the N1 district centre under tender 1431/2025–2026.

The disclosure reports approval of the award on 21 October, rather than a subsequent contract-signing event. A construction duration, commencement date and separate signing date were not stated.

The group said there was no financial impact at the time of the disclosure. This is an awarded package, not an invitation for new bids.
