Behbehani wins South Saad Phase 3 substation package

Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) has awarded the South Saad Al-Abdullah Phase 3 substation package to Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons. Its official tender listing records an award date of 8 October 2026 and publication on 11 October.

Tender 1434-2026/2027 covers the supply, installation, execution and maintenance of ten main substations rated at 132/11kV. PAHW now classifies the package as awarded.

The listing does not disclose the award value or a contract-signing date. Earlier bid figures are not confirmed contract prices. Follow-on supplier enquiries remain unannounced.
