Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company, known as Solutions, has signed a SAR190m (US$50.7m) contract with STC Bank to provide managed messaging services.
The award and contract signing both took place on 6 October 2026. The agreement will run for two years, with its financial effect expected to begin appearing in Solutions’ accounts during the fourth quarter of 2026.
The scope is focused on the provision and operation of managed messaging services supporting the bank’s digital communications. Further information about platform capacity, implementation milestones and subcontracting requirements was not disclosed.
STC Bank is treated as a related party because Saudi Telecom Company is the largest shareholder in both organisations, holding 79 per cent of Solutions and 92.3 per cent of STC Bank.
For technology providers, the contract points to continuing demand from Saudi financial institutions for resilient messaging infrastructure, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, service assurance and systems integration.
