Saudi Arabia has launched a new procurement opportunity for engineering consultants after Saudi Arabian Telecommunications Company (stc) issued a tender for Call-Off Design Consultancy Services for Roads and Infrastructure (Highway Projects), supporting the continued expansion of infrastructure associated with the Kingdom’s telecommunications and development programmes.
