Saudi 380kV transmission project generates SAR103m tower order

Al Yamamah Steel Industries has signed a SAR103.14m ($27.5m) contract with the Saudi branch of National Power Construction Corporation for steel towers required for a 380kV ultra-high-voltage transmission line in Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.

The contract was signed on 16 September and runs for one year, with supplies scheduled to begin in February 2027. The disclosed tower order is itself above our $5m threshold and provides evidence that the underlying transmission project has moved into supply-chain execution.
