Qiddiya tenders 17.4km District 0 roads and bridges package

Qiddiya Investment Company has invited proposals for a design-and-build roads and bridges package in District 0 of Qiddiya City, according to an 8 October report by MEED.

The package covers approximately 17.4 kilometres in total, including about 1.4 kilometres of bridge structures. Its routes comprise Road I in District 17, Road Q in District 19 and the District 18 Ring Road.

MEED reports a 14 October 2026 submission deadline. A public buyer notice was not available for independent verification of the closing date, time or bidder eligibility; the reported invitation should not be treated as an unrestricted open tender.

The scope includes design, supply, construction, testing, commissioning and the defects-liability period. Dar Al-Handasah is lead design consultant for districts 17 and 19, while Jacobs leads design for the District 18 Ring Road.

MEED identifies this as the third District 0 infrastructure package, following two packages issued in March that remain in procurement. A contract value was not disclosed.
