Contractors have submitted technical bids for a QatarEnergy pipeline planned to carry Jet A-1 fuel approximately 53km from Mesaieed Industrial City to Hamad International Airport.
The project will connect QatarEnergy’s fuel tank farm in Mesaieed with the airport in Doha, strengthening the dedicated fuel-supply infrastructure serving the aviation hub.
The names of the bidders, package value and timetable for commercial bids or contract award were not disclosed in the available report.
The tender has now moved into technical evaluation. The next material milestones will be completion of the evaluation, opening of commercial bids and selection of the engineering and construction contractor.
