MIS signs SAR114.04m Maaden IT supply contract

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has signed a three-year contract with Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) to supply IT products and programs, with a value of SAR114,039,810.70 including VAT.

The issuer’s disclosure records the contract signing date as 28 October 2026 and states that the signed copy was received on Wednesday evening, 28 October. The disclosure also identifies 28 October 2026 as the date of announcement of the award. MIS expects a positive financial impact in the fourth quarter of 2026.

This is an awarded supply contract, not an open tender. The disclosure does not provide a separate construction scope or a new bidding deadline.
