Kuwait opens two Al-Mutlaa public-building tenders

Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare has invited bids for two packages covering the construction, completion and maintenance of public buildings in Al-Mutlaa Residential City.
Tender 1443-2026/2027 covers buildings in districts N1, N3 and N4. Tender 1444-2026/2027 covers districts N5 and N6.
Both opportunities were published by PAHW on 25 August and formally announced on 30 August. The submission deadline for each package is 30 September 2026. The tenders therefore remain open, although they should not be described as new developments from the latest 48-hour scan.
The publicly accessible notices do not disclose the estimated contract values or provide a detailed breakdown of the individual buildings. Eligibility requirements, bonding provisions and contractor classifications must be confirmed from the attached tender documents.
The division of the programme into two geographical packages could create opportunities extending beyond the main contractors. Relevant supply chains may include structural works, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, finishing materials, building controls and subsequent maintenance services.
