Gulf Spic submits lowest reported bid for KOC booster-station upgrades

Gulf Spic General Trading & Contracting Company submitted the lowest reported offer of KWD41.238 million for Kuwait Oil Company’s BS-140 and BS-150 booster-station enhancement project, according to SaudiGulf Projects on 15 October 2026.

The publication reported four bids for package RFP-2149713. The other bidders were Combined Group Contracting Company, Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company, and Al Ghanim International General Trading & Contracting Company.

The reported amount is a submitted bid, not an awarded contract value. The source explicitly states that the tender information does not establish a final award; the successful contractor and final contract price remain unconfirmed.

The report concerns enhancement of facilities at the two existing booster stations. Its listed tender-publication and closing dates are chronologically inconsistent, so they are not used here to establish an invitation or closing date. The next material milestone is an official contractor appointment or procurement update from KOC. This report should not be read as an invitation for new bids.
