GO Telecom signs SAR76.85m five-year data-centre lease with ezditek for AI services, Argaam reports
Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO Telecom) has signed a binding agreement with Ezdihar Digital IT (ezditek) to lease dedicated space in a data centre to run its equipment and technical systems for artificial intelligence services to government and private-sector customers, Argaam reported on 3 November 2026, citing GO’s disclosure on the Saudi Exchange. The agreement was signed on 2 November.
The total value is SAR76.85m excluding VAT. The term is five years, renewable for a similar period. GO said the financial impact will start in the fourth quarter of its 2026-2027 financial year.
This is a capacity lease in which GO is the customer, separate from GO’s SAR185.9m AI data centre infrastructure contract with 3T. The data centre’s location was not stated, and the Saudi Exchange disclosure itself could not be read.
