MEED reports Expo 2030 Adaptation and Innovation Pavilion tender

MEED reported on 21 October 2026 that Expo 2030 Riyadh had issued a design-and-build tender for the Adaptation and Innovation Pavilion in the exhibition’s Technology District.

The report says the tender was issued on 1 October, with bids due on 6 January 2027. The pavilion is planned on a plot of at least 12,710 square metres and includes two basement levels, exhibition and visitor-experience spaces, hospitality areas and offices.

The reported scope combines design completion with building works, services, visitor-experience systems and plot infrastructure. Early works and the lead design consultant would transfer to the main contractor.

GCC Tender News has not independently verified the tender notice, submission arrangements or bidder eligibility. The reported deadline is date-only and should be checked with the client before relying on it.
