Duqm roads package above OMR13.8m reported by ONA
An Oman News Agency report republished by Shuoon on 21 October 2026 says OPAZ has awarded a roads-and-services package worth more than OMR13.8 million at the Special Economic Zone at Duqm.
The report describes approximately 30 kilometres of roads, with a 24-month implementation period, serving development plots whose public-benefit designation has been lifted. Works include drainage, electricity, street lighting, traffic signs and telecommunications ducts.
Oman Observer had reported an OMR13.8 million internal-road award on 20 October. Neither account establishes the exact award-decision date.
GCC Tender News has not independently verified the award notice, contractor, reference or award-decision date.
