Dubai Municipality has invited consultants to bid by 29 October 2026 for construction-supervision services covering four stormwater projects under the emirate’s Tasreef drainage programme.
The tender, TF-06-S1, was issued on 6 October and is titled “Supervision of Stormwater Drainage System Projects – Package 4”. The consultancy value and contract duration were not disclosed.
The scope covers supervision of a stormwater pond and a drainage system linking Al Maktoum International Airport with Dubai South under packages TF-06-C1 and TF-06-C2.
It also covers package TF-07-C1 for a stormwater drainage system on Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road connecting developers, and package TF-24-C1 for connections between developers’ areas and the stormwater network in Dubailand.
The four construction packages form part of the AED30bn Tasreef programme, which is intended to increase Dubai’s rainwater-drainage capacity by 700% by 2033 and provide capacity for the emirate’s needs over the next century.
The supervision tender creates a near-term consultancy opportunity while the associated civil packages advance through procurement and construction. Bidder eligibility and detailed submission requirements were not available in the public report reviewed.
