Cenomi signs estimated SAR104.3m Westfield Jeddah facilities-management contract
Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) signed a three-year integrated facilities-management contract for Westfield Jeddah with DAAM Maintenance and Cleaning Company, a one-person limited liability company, on 26 October 2026. The estimated contract value is SAR104,304,627 excluding VAT.
The terms comprise a fixed annual fee of SAR28,646,587 and specialist services charged at actual cost plus a 5% management fee, with the latter component estimated at SAR6,121,622 annually. The overall figure is therefore an estimate, not a fixed-price total.
The company disclosed an indirect interest of its chairman, Fawaz Alhokair, in the counterparty. It expects the contract’s financial impact to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The disclosure records a signed services contract and a 26 October award date, rather than an open procurement opportunity.
Cenomi disclosed that chairman Fawaz Alhokair has an indirect interest in DAAM. It said the contract is in the ordinary course of business on market-comparable terms without preferential advantages. He abstained from board deliberations and the relevant vote and undertook to abstain from the General Assembly vote. The contract will be presented annually to the General Assembly among related-party transactions requiring shareholder approval; the disclosure does not say that shareholder approval has already been obtained.
