ASAS Real Estate has begun infrastructure works across 11 residential, commercial and industrial land developments in Sharjah; the investment value and delivery schedule were not disclosed.
The scope includes roads, electricity, water, telecommunications and street lighting. ASAS said the programme is intended to prepare the plots for construction in coordination with the relevant government authorities and service providers.
The developments include Al Dabdabah South and North, Hooshi, Al Belaida phases 2 and 3, Al Rowaidat and Al Metraq.
The remaining locations are Al Qasimia Phase 4, Al Sajaa, Muhadhab and Logistics City. The programme spans different land uses and areas across the emirate.
The start of infrastructure works advances these sites from land development into physical delivery, although package values, contractors and completion dates have not been confirmed.
