Full story and sources

Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment Company has signed a SAR315m ($84m) agreement with Itihad Al-Thabat Contracting for construction and finishing works on a portfolio of residential and commercial developments in Riyadh.

The projects cover a combined area of approximately 65,000 square metres and will be delivered under a cost-plus-fee contracting arrangement.

The disclosure does not allocate the SAR315m value among individual developments, so we should not manufacture individual project values from the portfolio total.

For the downstream market, the programme is relevant to MEP, finishing, façades, building materials, specialist systems and other subcontract packages as the individual developments enter execution.
